As a rare boutique building, The 300 lobby provides tenants with comfortable seating and abundant natural and soft lighting. On the southern half of the first floor, a sophisticated tenant lounge also provides indoor and outdoor seating, giving tenants the ability to steal away from the hustle and bustle or to conduct business outside of the office. 

The 300’s amenity suite and convenient location are ideal for commuters. The building has a coffee bar, daily lunch service and an on-site restaurant. Tenants have access to two conference rooms, a fitness center, yoga studio and bike room as well as CTA & Metra train stops just a few steps away.

The tenant lounge features a Heritage Outpost coffee bar for your morning joe or afternoon snack, along with Canteen, the building’s one-of-a-kind food truck.  Ample seating nooks offer intimate areas for work or conversation and glass doors open to an outdoor patio along the river for al fresco dining in the Chicago summers.

Yoga and Group Fitness Studio

Located on the lower level below the tenant lounge, the yoga studio offers a variety of dynamic, complimentary fitness classes with locker rooms and showers.

With easy access from Wacker Drive, the bike room offers convenient storage for two-wheeled commuters.

The fully-equipped conference center has two flexible training rooms and a shared common area for catering or breakout seating.
